Teamwear Specialist

Overview:

Fifteen Brand was established in 2014 after buying out DNA Sport. Our company’s goal is to give all schools, organizations and athletes the opportunity to look and feel professional athletes both on and away from the field. We have a core focus on delivering high performance sportswear and equipment to all markets no matter the level. The Teamwear Specialist is responsible maintaining and growing relationships with existing teams at all levels across our core sports in your assigned area.

The Role:

  • Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.
  • To contribute to the growth of the brand's equity and standing.
  • Develop, implement and manage a sound account management strategy for your defined territory.
  • Develop and maintain high-net worth relationships, promoting and creating new sales opportunities for Fifteen.
  • Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators across all areas, including budget.
  • Represent Fifteen Brand in all our markets at club events and functions as required.
  • Please note there may also be some requirement for travel throughout the defined territory.

    Who you are:

    • Driven to be the BEST at what you do
    • A great attitude in a team environment focusing on growth as a team and not just an individual
    • Ability to learn software programs specific to managing Fifteens customers and networks.
    • Ideally, experience in result driven sales
    • A passion for sport and/or clothing
